Are you looking for one-on-one voice chat? Audio-video conferencing? Internet telephone? Audio-only conferencing? For one-on-one and small groups, with or without video, Skype is an option, as is one of the SIP clients, like sj phone. For larger groups, there is Ventrilo. Teamtalk or Teamspeak may have OSX clients. The Teamtalk client I tried using on my iMac did not work with Voiceover. There are Ventrilo clients for OSX, Windows, Linux, and Android.

Hi,
If the teamtalk client for the mac doesn't work with voice over, why not email apple and tell them you want the teamtalk client made accessible?

I've heard the TeamTalk client for Mac has accessibility issues as of right now. I echo what the last poster suggested. it might not get you instant results, but it will help to get the ball rolling.

Yes, indeed.
